Docility, Obedience and Discipline: Towards Dirtier Leadership Studies?

Leadership is a popular term, among scholars and in general. It romanticized seems to cover everything nothing. Its analytical value has therefore been questioned, so the very existence of leadership as phenomenon. Here, based on social psychology GH Mead, I argue that fundamental human phenomenon emanating from docility.
